FAQS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • Check (Payable to Cooper Spa)

  • In-Person Credit/Debit Card (3% Processing Fee)

    • Note: There is NO processing fee for Online Bookings

Do I need to bring anything?

Nope, clients are not required to bring anything with them to their appointment. We provide everything you need for your service.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

While we prefer you come by yourself for your appointment, we have no problem if you bring a partner or family member with you to your appointment. We can absolutely accommodate them in our Guest Lounge for the duration of your treatment. We ask that you refrain from bringing young children (under 5 years) to the spa unless you absolutely have to.

Are cell phones allowed?

While cell phone use is allowed inside Cooper Spa (taking pictures, scrolling through social media, etc.), please note that we have a STRICT zero-noise policy. Any guest making excessive noise or disrupting the experience of our other clients will be asked to kindly leave.

Should I remove makeup prior to my appointment?

Removing your makeup before a service is recommended but not necessary. A clean face makes it easier to start your facial, and can keep your pores from getting clogged if you end up sweating a little bit from another treatment. If necessary, we will happily remove your makeup.

Do you have any male massage therapists?

No, currently our entire staff is female.

what you can expect during your visit:

1.

MEET & GREET

Once you arrive at Cooper Spa, you will be greeted and accommodated with your choice of fresh fruits, cold and/or hot drinks. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow sufficient time for the pre-appointment consultation and getting ready.

2.

CONSULTATION & CLIENT PREP

Beginning with a consultation, your therapist may recommend a different service than you booked. This depends on your diagnosis and specific needs, which is why we have consultations in the first place! Your therapist will show you to one of our tranquil, private rooms and instruct you on how to properly undress (if necessary) and lay down on the massage table.

3.

DURING YOUR TREATMENT

Communication is key to receiving the most effective treatment. We will accommodate you however we can during your appointment to make your experience as close to perfect as possible. We also play a light selection of ambient spa music in the background.

4.

POST TREATMENT

Once your treatment is complete, your therapist will wait outside the room while you dress. When you’re ready, they will share recommended home care product information with you, and return you to the reception area.
