Cooper Spa is not liable for any valuables
Allow a minimum 3 weeks of growth before all hair removal appointments
No shaving or waxing 3 days before all body exfoliating treatments
-
We recommend arriving at Cooper Spa at least 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow sufficient time for the pre-appointment consultation and getting ready.
-
Beginning with a consultation, your therapist may recommend a different service than you booked. This depends on your diagnosis and specific needs, which is why we have consultations in the first place! Your therapist will show you to one of our tranquil, private rooms and instruct you on how to properly undress (if necessary) and lay down on the massage table.
-
Communication is key to receiving the most effective treatment. We will accommodate you however we can during your appointment to make your experience as close to perfect as possible. We also play a light selection of ambient spa music in the background.
-
Once your treatment is complete, your therapist will wait outside the room while you dress. When you’re ready, they will share recommended home care product information with you, and return you to the reception area.

Removing your makeup before a service is recommended but not necessary. A clean face makes it easier to start your facial, and can keep your pores from getting clogged if you end up sweating a little bit from another treatment. If necessary, we will happily remove your makeup.
